1.Triumph pellet mill die characteristics
1.1 Advanced, automatic ring die processing technology: Full automatic CNC ring die drilling machine and vacuum heat treatment technology ensure the quality and working life of ring dies.
1.2 Rich ring die processing experience ensures the depth and opening ratio of the hole of ring die which can satisfy different requirements of poultry, livestock and aqua feed, thus improves the pelleting efficiency.
1.3 The surface of ring die is of good smoothness, high hardness, and the completed pellets are of good shape and neat appearance.
1.4 Quick discharge, high output and the production efficiency of the same size are much higher than ring dies of other brands.
1.5 Different types and hole diameters can be processed.

2.Measurement of ring die dimension
Inspect the dimension of forging stock according to the order contract, measure with vernier caliper, and the deviation shall be less than ±1mm.Based on the inner circle, rotating table and dial indicator shall be applied to inspect outer circle of forging stock and face runout, with deviation less than 1.0mm

3.Triumph pellet mill die Customization
We can manufacture the ring dies of different materials, types and hole diameters which are suitable for all top brand pelletizers, such as TRIUMPH, ANDRITZ, CPM, BUHLER, ZHENGCHANG, MUYANG, SHENDE etc.
Please offer the drawing and specifications of ring dies if you need.

5. Our dies are manufactured in the following steels
• X46Cr13 (i.e."stainless" steel or "chrome-steel")
• 20MnCr5 (i.e."alloy" steel)
• 18NiCrMo5 (i.e. similar to 20MnCr5 but with a higher alloy content).
The X46Cr13 steel dies are vacuum / through hardened. The heat treatment achieves 53-55HRc hardness on the surface and in the core. The high chrome content makes it corrosion resistant. Although it costs more than a normal alloy, X46Cr13 is by far the most common material used through out the feed milling industry.

Ring Dies made in 20MnCr5 and18 NiCrMo5 steel, on the other hand, are case hardened to obtain 60-62HRc hardness for approximately 0.8-1.2mm.
